Quickest way to get Obsidian Armor? - Guild Wars Forums

Waaaah, what's the best way to get obsidian armor, excluding the headpiece? That is 105 ectos. But each ecto is 7.5k now? You need over 700k? Q.Q And 100k is only 13 ectos? Q_____Q

Would the best method really be just to continuously farm UW repeatedly with SoS?

Anyways, what method is done for the FoW shards?

ea you cant ask for money lol.
and farming the UW isnt the fastest. I'd say either start pwr trading or something to get money. It's alot faster then uW

The old posterboard used to read "Farm Ectos! Buy Shards!" For the most part that's what I did. If I wanted to do it again, I'd just pick something fun and do it over and over. For example, I actually enjoy SoOSC, so I'd probably sit around trying to make money off that and trading whatever I get for ecto/shard.

When he's asking like this, powertrading is probably a bad idea.

You should try farming something, I find UW to be a good steady farm.. Just repeat Chamber over and over and over and over with your Rit (SoS).
Personally I use 2 accounts to Dual Spirit farm the chamber.

Also, like FenShuiDove says, SoOsc is actually fun to do^^

Get your gifts of the traveler every week and sell those, which should give you some free money.

Farm the Zaishen Combat to get zkeys.

Do FoWsc for the shards.. Although they're only like 3k, you get good stuff from Chest of Woe (obby edge, rubies/sapphires)

If you are working on titles you can also do the Vanquishes and sell goldies+you get some money from the VQ itself.

UWsc/DOA is probably the best ways to FARM the cash, but those seem to require more from everyone.
